We offer a flat rate management fee that is only charged when we secure a booking. No additional or hidden fees: our commission is an all-inclusive, flat percentage of revenue – we get paid when you get paid.
Airbnb, VRBO, and similar websites are known as online marketplaces where guests find and book properties. Buzz is a full-service management company. We handle all the tasks of the day-to-day operations so that you can do what you love most. This can include marketing your home, managing your daily rates, scheduling housekeepers and maintenance. Yes, we do it all!
As often as you like! You can reserve your stays via the owner’s online portal or contact us for assistance.
Of course! There are 2 types: paying guests and non-paying guests of owners. If they are paying guests, please pass along their information and we are happy to take care of your guests. If they are your non-paying guests, we are happy to assist as well. We only ask that you or your guests pay for the cleaning fee.

We offer luxury fully furnished short-term rentals to our guests, which allows your home to maximize the rental rates. This means your home must be well-kept, clean, safe, and well-furnished. Furthermore, the home must be allowed to operate short-term rentals with your local jurisdictions.
Our homeowners have 24/7 access to the owner portal online to view statements, calendar, and book owner’s stays.
Texas State Laws prohibit recording without consent in “intimate” areas and “changing” rooms. At this time, owners can install exterior security cameras for front entry and back entry door. No interior recording devices allowed.
It’s up to you! Allowing pets could increase the occupancy rate and earnings. If it’s all the same to you, we suggest that you allow pets. For homeowners that allow pets, there are restrictions. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds, cats, birds, or fish, and we only allow up to 2 pets per group unless you instruct us otherwise.
We have a strict no party, no event policy. We further enforce quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

Every home is thoroughly cleaned by the housekeepers after each stay followed by an 82-checkpoint inspection performed by our trained inspectors. Additionally, our Property Manager also performs quarterly inspections to check for any wear and tears or damages to the home.
We will collect and file lodging taxes on your behalf. At the end of the year, you will receive a 1099-MISC from us for your tax filing.
Upon your decision to rent out your home, please contact your insurance provider to make sure you are covered for short-term rentals. For additional coverage, we partner with Safely to bring you up to $100,000 of liability coverage for bodily injury and damage to your home and $10,000 of contents coverage. Please let us know if you would like to opt in for this coverage.
Our owners are paid by the 10th of every month via ACH. Owners are required to enroll to receive payments via ACH.
