Great Layout and Location

We had a group of 11 (8 adults, 3 kids) staying at the house and had a great experience. The beach was extremely close and it was easy to take frequent trips back and forth from the house to the beach. We liked having two adult bedrooms on the primary floor so our older guests only had to walk up one set of stairs. Lots of space in the living and kitchen area to accommodate large groups, and the wraparound balcony on the primary floor gave plenty of room to hang out outside.
