Great space for a group, but needs better upkeep

This is a great home with plenty of room for lots of people. This is our second year staying here and we will probably stay again. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home this year and there were several broken items. Maintenance has not been kept up over the last year. We did leave a personal item behind and they went above and beyond in getting it back to us.
