This house had nice open spaces for the group to gather and had plenty of beds for all. (However, I did notice that they could have used more pillows and blankets.) bathrooms were great; beds, pillows, linens were super comfy! The street was a bit noisy so do bring a sound machine for sleeping. There was MASSIVE road construction going on From 5:00 pm – 12:00 am, which made it very difficult to sleep our last two nights there, so double check to see if that’s going on when you want to stay. The property management company is absolutely fantastic (which is super rare in my experience!), so we did really appreciate that. If you have kids maybe bring some board games or puzzles for them to play with bc there are none there. Overall, a good stay in the exact location (Briarmedow) that we were looking for. This is a very safe location, far enough away from the sketchy parts of town for a family to feel comfortable going for a walk in the neighborhood.
