Great stay in a quiet neighborhood, Fast and responsive company

We have a great time during our brief stay at the home. the location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood. the pool was refreshing due to high humidity of Houston– families would love too take a dip in the water !!! The home is owned by a company, so you will be receiving rental/ rule agreements via email, which you have to sign. also if you are bring a pet, you need to sign a pet agreement and pay extra.–little different since I thought all transactions/emails were made through airbnb. also, they provide you with minimum toiletries, so be prepared and have enough for you and your family/guests. just make sure you go through the home and advised the company about any damages to run across. they are pretty fast to respond.
