My brother and I had no problems with this property. Both of my nieces (roughly 40 years of age each) had trouble sleeping because of the traffic noise. Richmond is a 4 lane divided street with traffic 24/7. Didn’t bother me. One niece was disturbed by a pile of toenails on the night table next to the bed. Otherwise, just what I needed.
