We stayed for a weekend with some friends and really enjoyed the house! The rental company was easy to work with and sent us all the information we needed for check in and check out in advance. It had plenty of beds to accommodate our group and the description was accurate. The house is very close the marina which had fun restaurants and is also a 2 minute drive from a local beach across the road with public parking. It’s also very close to a local grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with the majority of things you need to cook, but you do need to bring our own paper towels and a dish sponge if you want one. There is also only one cooking sheet, so if you plan to bake I would bring your own extras. The bathrooms have hand and bath towels, but there are only 10 bath towels for a house that sleeps 18 so if everyone wants their own towel you might want to bring more. Check in is at 4, and if you want to check in earlier than that (noon is the earliest) there’s a $200 charge which is something I would have like to have been aware of beforehand. They also won’t be able to tell you if you can check in early until the morning of. They ended up calling me around 1 on the day of check in and said we could go in at 3, which was nice. Overall I would recommend staying at this house for the size for bigger groups and location.
