We had my two daughters and their families. That included 4 children between 13 and 7. There was plenty of room, the beach was practically in our backyard and lots of games and puzzles for downtime between Moody Gardens Cheerleaders Competitions. Moody was a short drive away. The beds were very comfortable. The outside furniture needed cushions but we just borrowed the one’s inside. Good restaurants nearby for getting takeout or eating in. . We all had a wonderful time, adults and children.
