Spacious House, Great Location

"The house was welcoming and nicely furnished. Big kitchen where we all helped to make meals. Nice dining area for us to sit and visit. Two things that would have been nice to have, instructions on how to work the TV and more chairs that could have been pulled up to the dining table. A Great Getaway!

"Overall, we had a great time. There was more than enough room for our group of 12. We enjoyed the upper deck very much. Luckily, the weather cooperated while we were there, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee. We brought our fishing poles and caught some interesting fish in the canal. There is a marina in walking distance from the property, which has a bait shop and a restaurant. There was live music at the restaurant the weekend we were there. We were able to hear the music from the deck. We also brought some outdoor games. There is more than enough space outside (downstairs) for a game of cornhole or horse shoes, however, you must bring your own games. There were some issues with the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, which we were informed of only hours prior to check-in, but it all worked out and we still had a great time. I will definitely keep this property in mind for a future stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Big Groups

"We went there with a big group of around 16 people and many kids and the entire house was perfect for our size! The house looks so much bigger than the photos especially the living room area and the bedrooms. There is so much space inside and on the deck. You can do so many activities especially if you’re with kids. Perfect for big groups! Beds and bathrooms were all well-cleaned which is a great plus for me. The house is so close to the beach, which you can get to either by car or by walking. I had a pretty nice time walking early in the morning to the beach. Great view on the deck especially during sunsets! The only issue we had was on the air conditioning/AC vents on the place, which probably needs cleaning. Some of us had respiratory issues on the time we were there because of dust and dirt collecting on the vents. Other than that, hosts were very responsive and so easy to contact. The house will make you feel right at home. Will definitely come back!

"We wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday at a central location for my close friends. This house was PERFECT. It was much more spacious than it looked in photos. The beach was super close and views from the balcony were beautiful. We also really enjoyed the little restaurant near by. The only issues we really had was the house got pretty hot both nights in certain rooms and the bathtub wasn’t working. Other than that our stay was perfect and such a relaxing weekend!

Spacious house in great location for big groups

"We stayed for a weekend with some friends and really enjoyed the house! The rental company was easy to work with and sent us all the information we needed for check in and check out in advance. It had plenty of beds to accommodate our group and the description was accurate. The house is very close the marina which had fun restaurants and is also a 2 minute drive from a local beach across the road with public parking. It’s also very close to a local grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with the majority of things you need to cook, but you do need to bring our own paper towels and a dish sponge if you want one. There is also only one cooking sheet, so if you plan to bake I would bring your own extras. The bathrooms have hand and bath towels, but there are only 10 bath towels for a house that sleeps 18 so if everyone wants their own towel you might want to bring more. Check in is at 4, and if you want to check in earlier than that (noon is the earliest) there’s a $200 charge which is something I would have like to have been aware of beforehand. They also won’t be able to tell you if you can check in early until the morning of. They ended up calling me around 1 on the day of check in and said we could go in at 3, which was nice. Overall I would recommend staying at this house for the size for bigger groups and location.

Great Location for Family Getaway

"Great location and layout! Couple min drive to the beach and located on the canal, which was great for nighttime fishing (although we had to buy our own underwater lights). Home has been partially renovated, has a wonderful wrap-around deck and the inside is very spacious. Perfect for large family gatherings. Overall, a good place to stay for a family vacation; however it would have been helpful for the kitchen to be stocked with baking sheets and a large skillet, especially since the home accommodates a large number of guests. Many of the dishes also needed to be washed prior to use due to heavy dust, food stuck on pots etc.

Great Value and Beautiful House

"This place was really clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The check in process was super easy. Our host response time was shockingly fast. We really didn’t have any issues the beach was 13/15 mins away (walking slow). I do advise to rent a golf cart. Which is also about 7/10 mins away walking distance. Makes it super convenient. Overall was a beautiful house reasonable price and we would love to come back thank you so much for having us.

"It was a nice place. The 2nd day we couldn’t get the Wifi but there was Buzz guest internet. Oh, the corners of the rugs need to be glued down or something because everyone at one time or another tripped on them. We really enjoyed the house though. I would rent it again.

"This home was a great stay! Very spacious, it’s equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, the views are beautiful. The communication with the staff from the vacation rental company was great as well, very professional and friendly. Easy check in/ check out process. Perfect beach house

"This canal house is so spacious and extra clean. The wrap around deck is large and relaxing. The downstairs access to the canal is equipped with lots of seating. The views are fantastic and the house is very relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all very nice to stay in. We really enjoyed it.

"Very beautiful home with great views to wake up to. Very cozy and spacious. My family, friends n I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend as me n my husband were celebrating my 5th Anniversary n his birthday weekend we couldn't have found and gotten anything better, it was perfecto. Great fishing spot we caught about 7 Croakers. We were tryin to catch some crabs and that was a little struggle. My family shared wonderful memories together at this house and we look forward to renting again.
